Dinky Toys No. 218 Lotus Europa. A near to mint model in a near to mint original box. Beautiful brilliant yellow & blue exterior and black interior. Original now age hardened tires are fitted to the original metal hubs. Perfect windows, jeweled headlamps and base plate. Front & rear registration numbers (UVR77G) are in excellent condition. Both doors operate properly. Rear engine covers opens to reveal detailed engine. Note that this is the LHD version with he chromed steering wheel! The only issue with the model are the hood (bonnet) sticker (partial as seen in the photos) In all a superb example of a rare variation that you will not better.

The original box is in excellent condition with near perfect illustrations. Little to no shelf-wear. The only issue with the box is that one interior flap is a bit torn at the hinge. This is not visible and does not detract from the box in any manner. In all an outstanding box for this model.

In summary, an excellent opportunity to add a splendid fully original boxed model to your Dinky, Lotus or sports cars of the 1960's collection. This model will not disappoint.
