The yellow interior is clean and bright with just a couple small chips near the driver’s door. The windshield is crystal clear with only light scratches noticed. The front and rear painted bumpers still look very nice and do not show any chips or scratches. The “Glidamatic†suspension is still firm, and the spun wheels shine bright. The tires are not worn or cracked and do not show any flat spots or signs of dry rot. The base plate is still shiny and also does not show any chips or scratches. *The included plastic driver has some paint rubs on his head and hands.
You have to agree, there are not too many of these ORIGINAL, ‘60 Ford Thunderbird Convertible’s out there that look this nice, in fact, you’d almost swear it was a re-issued model! This adult collector owned model was carefully tucked away for all these years and preserved beautifully!! This SENSATIONAL, and VERY COLLECTABLE, 215S could be the perfect addition to any diecast collection!!!
