His search for treasures spanned decades, driven not by modern conveniences like the internet or technology, but by mail orders and telephone calls, old catalogs, and handwritten letters exchanged with people from every corner of the country. His entire home became a world unto itself. Hand-built display cases lined the walls, showcasing everything from die-cast model cars, German beer steins, nutcrackers, porcelain figurines and so much more!
Now, after his passing, the treasures remain- each one a reminder of Pops' unwavering spirit, his insatiable curiosity, and the deep love he had for the history of the world around him. To honor his memory, we are making some of his items available to collectors who share the same passion he had.
