It is a special edition Hobby Exclusive featuring factory deco pre-production sample with limited edition advertising specimen. The model is from the NYC character family and recommended for ages 14 and up. Made in China in 2020.

This piece was used by the factory and send to Greenlight's designers in Indianapolis for verification before actual production. It is unique and can vary slightly for the model that was produced later for retail sale. Some of the pre-production models have painted, by the factory on the windshield, "not for sale" to indicate it was not the final version. As these pre-production models get handled by several production employees and designers, there can be some blemishes on the model.
