To minimize the risk of shipping damage, namely, a model breaking off its mounting screws (the most coming type for 1/43 models especially, made from RESIN); I will install a soft plastic strap, which firmly holds the model to its display base. Such a security measure proved to be the most effective one.
Furthermore, in most cases, shipping boxes show signs of insignificant or no damage; as a result, carriers deny insurance claims.
